Our Roles

Psychologists

Our psychologists deliver care to a full roster of residents in skilled and assisted living facilities via virtual telehealth sessions using our proprietary technology. Services are also offered to patients transitioning to home after an episode of care at the in-patient settings. All of our services are delivered in a collaborative model with a medical team.

Nurse Practitioners

Our nurse practitioners have a regular caseload of residents to whom they deliver medication management services and cognitive care planning. In this collaborative model, the clinical team works in conjunction with our psychology professionals and facility staff to monitor and reduce the use of unnecessary medications. Our psychiatric nurse practitioners also deliver talk therapy services in certain settings.

Clinical Social Workers

Our social workers are teamed with our psychologists to deliver care to residents in skilled and assisted living facilities. Each social worker has a distinct caseload and the luxury of easy access to additional clinical support for more complex residents.

Clinical Support Specialists

Our Clinical Support Specialists (CSS) provide a key interface between patients and MediTelecare clinicians. While on site with residents in skilled and assisted living centers, our CSS sets up our proprietary technology for our clinical staff and completes brief emotional screenings for psychology team.

Support Team

The goal of our support staff is to take the burden of administrative functions from our caregivers so they can focus on delivering world class care to our residents. The team includes schedulers, credentialing, billing and intake professionals. Other departments include recruiting, marketing and finance.

Transition Into Telemedicine Made Easy

Telehealth technology allows clinicians to enjoy the convenience of working from home, or a private office setting, while delivering the behavioral health services directly to clients even in different states.

We offer our clinicians a desirable work/life balance with a weekday work schedule that is not shift-focused, starting anywhere between 7:00am-9:30am, with both part-time and full-time opportunities.

MediTelecare™ has developed a standardized training program which ensures that all clinicians will have education on the MediTelecare™ Clinical Model, psychiatric disorders in the geriatric population, clinical protocols for evaluation and treatment, documentation in the EHR, and more.

You will be supported in your continued professional development through available mentorship, webinar training and customized online training, which include some CEU programs.
