I love the new MediTelecareGo! The referral process is quick and easy and I have seen a quick turnaround with getting scheduled with a provider. Being able to access the provider's schedule is great so I can check ahead to see which residents are going to be seen. My facility works with Holly Labertew and Vickie Robbins who are wonderful to work with and have done wonders with our residents and their mental health. My favorite is I can communicate with Peggy Aubry, who is stellar in my book, right away whenever I have concerns or questions!
